The development project includes 52 townhomes that will be built adjacent to holes 17 and 18 of the Cape Club of Sharon Country Club. Each two-bedroom townhome will include more than 2,400 square feet and feature a first-floor master bedroom, two and a half bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
